My reading of Hunley is that he's completely and utterly head over heels for Ethan at the beginning of Fallout (that airport speech! emotions!), and perhaps he was crushing on him from as early on as the climax of Rogue Nation ("Hunt is the ~~Living Manifestation of Destiny~~~"), so my thoughts about these two are I LOVE THESE DUMB EMOTIONAL MIDDLE-AGED BEANS SO MUCH. I don't know when Ethan fell in love with Hunley in return, but let's just say they got to know each other and they Both Caught Feelings.
I'm 100% game for either an established relationship or getting together. Tags can be taken as prompts in themselves honestly, I'm so easy with these two, I just want them to be in deep, deeply romantic love. Maybe gentle "thank god you're alive" sex after Fallout, maybe rough desperate "thank god you're alive" sex after Ethan returns hurt or sick from a random mission, maybe gentle sex while Ethan is feverish, maybe comfort sex to reassure each other of their presence, maybe office sex because they nearly died (again) and couldn't wait to get home, maybe rough makeouts and romantic dates and lots of affection and cuddling. Here for d/s overtones with Ethan as the sub. I love these two because they're so very similar! I adore them as kickass spy friends with benefits, but I'm not opposed to that growing into more.
Their canon dynamic is full of mutual respect, collaborative ass-kicking, and...that one quiet moment of shared grief, in which Ethan Tried To Help and even kinda succeeded a little bit. They both like to be in control but can both wing it when necessary, they both have massive guilt/martyr complexes, they're both excellent mission leaders who are tough as hell but secretly incredibly gentle. Jane is just a little bit less experienced in the field than Ethan, and just a little more of a hothead, but Ethan's been there himself and can clearly point her gently in the right direction without cramping her style.
I'd love to see them making out and/or having sex in a happy, laughing, mid-or post-successful-mission adrenaline high, with both of them ill or injured in different ways and having to be gentle because of it, but also knowing exactly which boundaries to push and exactly how much pain can be a little bit fun. Maybe Jane holding Ethan down or pinning him by his wrists, and Ethan letting her because he trusts her so much and god knows he's earned a little indulgence of his submissive tendencies tonight. Maybe suit kink or just suit porn (Jane in a tux right alongside Ethan!) Maybe one of them accidentally moving wrong enough to aggravate an injury and the other apologizing/holding them in a sudden switch from happy-playful-roughish to soft and gentle. So imagine Brandt's sheer horror when he discovers he's attracted to Ethan, who is literally the most annoying person he's ever met. :D
Maybe he figures it out at the worst possible time - in a mission setting, with Ethan in his earpiece obliviously talking him through Seducing The Rich Guy (Ghost Protocol style), or while listening to Ethan seducing a mark himself, or maybe just listening to him planning and being competent (even if Brandt Completely Hates the plans Ethan's coming up with, and is immediately going to yell at him about it). Maybe he spends some time fantasizing about Ethan talking him to orgasm or Ethan generally ordering him around, trying to get him out of his system. I'd prefer that Ethan not realize at any point that Brandt is into him, and I would love Brandt to do his best not to let on because he doesn't actually have romantic emotions about Ethan, just a lot of sexual attraction which is very inconvenient to him personally.

Lamont/Margo
Margo is super assertive, knows exactly what she wants at all times, is very very sexual and horny on main, and she's also very generous with comfort when Lamont needs it. Lamont, meanwhile, is all haunted and racked with guilt for his past, and afraid he'll hurt her, and also kind of awkward and embarrassed by her boldness; embarrassed to be wanted as much as she wants him. I'd love to see her taking him in hand and showing him how to let go of his guilt and nervousness and place his trust in her - him all reverent and worshipful, her patiently finding out what he needs (even if it's a long-term project, and even if what he needs is pain or bondage - perhaps especially if it is!), and maybe her giving him lots of praise and aftercare as a reward for being good for her. I also think Lamont might, in his self-flagellating way, sometimes go too far in asking for pain, and Margo might have to figure out when those times are, take care of him and reassure him, and figure out how to help him stop doing that.
D/s or no, I love the idea of Margo putting Lamont in shibari while he's sick, perhaps because they've found it helps keep his powers or power-induced sickness/headaches/burnout in check, perhaps as a simple exercise in comforting touch. I love the idea of Lamont just...not being able to deal with tenderness and being loved, especially so when he's ill or hurt, and Margo having to kiss away tears of sensory overstimulation/general overwhelmedness. I am here for an exploration of Ray's headspace after the film, and perhaps an exploration of shared trauma and how it affects people, communities and relationships. Ray has a lot to deal with, and no one to listen - I think he might leave his ex-wife's place after the film in search of someplace he felt more at ease, and end up helping fellow survivors with their relief efforts, and find a partner there. I'd be delighted to read this taking the form of 'finding a cute romantic partner who's also been through terrible things and can help Ray feel less alone', but I'm also aware that trauma survivors seeking out relationships so soon after what they went through can end pretty badly, and I'm definitely down to read that too.
This is what the 'masochistic sub' and similarly themed tags are getting at - I'm here for Ray kind of both trying to seek out physical contact, and trying to seek out physical pain to drown out all the mental and emotional pain, and getting those wires so crossed and knotted that he ends up not really knowing which is which. Maybe, because so many people are hurting and everyone deals in different ways, he finds an abundance of people willing to hurt him, and finds that it kind of gets him off, or finds that it's easier to get off to pain than to gentleness he feels he doesn't deserve. Maybe some of these partners aren't in the best of mental places either, and end up hurting him more than he wanted, or he and said partners both kinda forget what safe and sane mean because they have no barometer for it any more, and maybe aftercare kind of isn't a thing and Ray drops hard more than once. Maybe the drop and the pain are the only way he can manage to let himself cry. (Maybe he finally happens to find someone who is really into the aftercare, and it changes his life. Very here for gentleness breaking Ray into pieces here, too.)

Maybe Claire fucking Cole in a fancy limo they're given all to themselves as a ride to some event, being all gentle and laying his head down on the plush seat and riding him to overstimulation, or until he begs her to get rough with him. (Very into Claire undoing Cole with gentleness, and withholding roughness and pain until he's been good enough to earn it.) Cole fingering Claire or eating her out while he's blindfolded or in shibari, or just tied down or loosely tied round the neck with whatever she could find (ribbon, dressing gown or bathrobe waistband, bow tie on bare skin rather than around a shirt collar...)
Also super into clothing kink with these two (and definitely super into how much taller Claire is than Cole) - I'd love to see Claire wearing a suit when she appears at a formal press event with Cole, and him delightedly undressing her afterwards, inch by inch, item by item of clothing (possibly with her telling him what to take off and exactly how). I'd also love any kind of foreplay through fabric, especially Cole getting Claire wet by rubbing her through her trousers or jeans, stroking her thighs through her clothes, even breathing on her, or a combination of any or all those things.

I am here for an exploration of Ray's headspace after the film, and perhaps an exploration of shared trauma and how it affects people, communities and relationships. Ray has a lot to deal with, and no one to listen - I think he might leave his ex-wife's place after the film in search of someplace he felt more at ease, and end up helping fellow survivors with their relief efforts, and find a partner there. I'd be delighted to read this taking the form of 'finding a cute romantic partner who's also been through terrible things and can help Ray feel less alone', but I'm also aware that trauma survivors seeking out relationships so soon after what they went through can end pretty badly, and I'm definitely down to read that too.
This is what the 'masochistic sub' and similarly themed tags are getting at - I'm here for Ray kind of both trying to seek out physical contact, and trying to seek out physical pain to drown out all the mental and emotional pain, and getting those wires so crossed and knotted that he ends up not really knowing which is which. Maybe, because so many people are hurting and everyone deals in different ways, he finds an abundance of people willing to hurt him, and finds that it kind of gets him off, or finds that it's easier to get off to pain than to gentleness he feels he doesn't deserve. Maybe some of these partners aren't in the best of mental places either, and end up hurting him more than he wanted, or he and said partners both kinda forget what safe and sane mean because they have no barometer for it any more, and maybe aftercare kind of isn't a thing and Ray drops hard more than once. Maybe the drop and the pain are the only way he can manage to let himself cry. (Maybe he finally happens to find someone who is really into the aftercare, and it changes his life. Very here for gentleness breaking Ray into pieces here, too.)
