So, the thing I love most in fanfic is taking canon character dynamics and just...making them More. Taking them further, exploring their natural progression, and amping up the love, the H/C, and also the horny. :D
I've arranged my requests by fandom and pairing: for each request, each tag in the cloud can be taken as a prompt on its own, or you can read the tags for that request as a whole and get a pretty solid idea of the general vibe for that pairing that I adore.

My general likes:
Hurt tropes: fevers, headaches, migraines, exhaustion, respiratory illnesses, illness messing with a character's grip on reality, combat/mission injuries, scars, old injuries acting up, touch starvation, sensory deprivation / sensory overload, characters not believing they deserve comfort or being surprised to receive comfort, hurting characters choking up at moments when they really need to speak (eg. leader unable to tell their worried team they're fine, submissive unable to safeword), stoic characters breaking down when faced with comfort, subdrop, anything exploring the fallout of canon trauma
Comfort tropes: carrying, cuddling, hair stroking/petting/brushing, massage/finding pressure points to ease pain, characters wrapping smaller characters in their arms, another character wrapping the ill/injured character in soft blankets/clothes/their own jackets (especially jackets that are too big for them or markedly not their colour/style!), clothes sharing in general, sweater paws and too-big clothes, gentle dom/mes, keeping characters warm, aftercare, forehead kisses, hands and touch
In general, I will love every h/c scenario (within the tags) there is - whether or not you'd like to put it in a larger context, plot or no plot, casefic, fluff fic, getting together fic, established relationship, wherever you'd like to take it, I'm game. If you feel inclined toward higher ratings, I adore heavy petting and smut with feelings - when it comes to sensuality, I love emphasis on sensation and emotion.
I'm also very open to unconventional narrative styles or framing devices, such as outsider POV, outsider POV contrasted with canon characters' POV, epistolary fic, framing devices such as mission reports, medical reports, audio transcripts/debrief transcripts, text messages or post-its between characters, news articles, official documentation, and similar!

Smut likes:
D/s overtones (where mentioned). Service subs. Subs With Issues. Praise kink. Hands, fingers, touch; touch starvation. Finger-sucking. Aftercare. Tenderness, especially if the person receiving it isn't expecting it, isn't used to it, and it breaks them just a little. Heavy petting, intense and tender kissing. Comforting kisses elsewhere than the lips, especially at pulse points or places where it hurts.
Marking, intentional or no - bruising with lips or teeth; hiding the bruises under clothing. Suit kink, denim kink, fabric kink (luxurious fabrics with heft, or just light, near-unbearably soft fabrics). Wrists bound or held down. Honour bondage. Careful sex / making out when one partner is hurt or ill and feverish (fever sex is, uh, a Thing of mine). Or rough, desperate, life-affirming sex / making out, all while making sure the hurt/sick character is comfortable and feels cared for.
Art likes:
Realistic and sketchy styles, bold lines and rich colours/textures, bold accent colours, creative lighting choices, noir-style art especially for action canons, minimalist styles/silhouettes, characters captured in unaware moments as though they're being photographed without realizing it, art that captures the vibe of canon without necessarily capturing the style of canon; angsty hurt/comfort or warm, gentle, casually intimate moments
Kisses of all descriptions, especially on the forehead, hand(s), temple, or collarbone. Characters undressing their injured/sick partners or taking off their glasses, if they wear them (eg. Ducky, Gibbs, Johnny for a con). Sick/hurt characters with their hair messed up, perhaps hiding their faces in other characters' chests or shoulders. Smaller characters getting carried bridal style when they're not feeling well, maybe clinging to the character carrying them if they're not unconscious. Just hands in general, especially if they're scratched or hurt and being taken care of. :D
(I'm not fond of pink or green as a dominant/background colour, but I love basically every other colour there is. :D)

• I like to read Napoleon/Illya as an established open relationship during all of canon - perhaps beginning as an occasional fuckbuddy thing and then progressing pretty quickly to them realizing they mean more to each other than everyone else, and will look after each other above everyone else, even though they continue to be dtf anyone they like.
• I also read Illya as having subby tendencies and super into the ritual and the headspace of power exchange, while Napoleon is a lot more freewheeling and not into structure - somewhat dom but also a bit of a rope bunny/masochist (loves bossing Illya around and having Illya tie him up in a 'go on, then' sort of way, even when Illya is concerned about possibly hurting him and tsk tsks and told-you-sos him the entire time)
• Very down with both being injured/ill at different points and looking after each other, or at the same time for mutual caretaking, but I'd love for Napoleon to be the main attraction (I adore them both but I don't think Napoleon gets enough love)
• I'd love to read aftermath/caretaking for canon Napoleon injuries, like The Discotheque Affair or The Summit Five Affair for instance
• Napoleon is the more severely injured/ill of the two, but he's more concerned about Illya (who has to shut down Napoleon's attempts to look after him so he can look after Napoleon)
• Napoleon is the more protective of the two, the more likely to downplay any trauma or injury/illness he's going through, and certainly prioritizes looking after Illya over himself, even if he needs it more. I'd love to see Illya being very aware of this and finding ways to look after Napoleon when he needs it, because no one knows Napoleon better than Illya does.
• Caretaking between assignments, or during an assignment where Napoleon had to push through already being ill or injured to get it done, followed by getting fussed over (for Illya's definition of fussing over) in the downtime after. I'd LOVE to see the times when Illya gets protective and makes sure Napoleon doesn't do too much, or gently chastises him when he does push himself too hard and end up feeling worse - just generally convincing Napoleon it's okay to be looked after.
• Illya rescuing Napoleon from captivity and torture, or Napoleon rescuing himself and showing up at Illya's door. Illya knowing exactly how Napoleon likes to be looked after versus what puts his back up and what he might see as condescension or a violation of his privacy; knowing exactly when he's playing his injuries up for extra sympathy versus when he's really shaken and traumatized and asks for nothing. Waverly sending them off together because he knows Napoleon will keep trying to work unless Illya makes him rest.
• Illya looking after Napoleon, while thinking about how Napoleon previously looked after him in similar circumstances.
• Characterization note: I love a bit of humour, but I prefer them to be competent spies and not hold the idiot ball too often (s3 I'm looking at you ^^')

I prefer fic set any time before S11 of the show. DNW Gibbs disliking Ducky's rambling, please; he is so starry-eyed about everything Ducky does, and I read him as being happy to listen if he weren't pressed for time.
• I could write a thesis or several about the constantly expanding Gibbs Husbands Polycule (and have, lol - detailed thoughts here (very h/c and trauma focused) if you're inclined to read some rambling, but it is A LOT so absolutely no pressure). I am super here for exploration of Gibbs' dynamic with any of the husbands - Ducky, Tobias, Leon and/or Borin - but especially based on Gibbs/Ducky as each other's ride or die romance, the foundation on which the entire polycule rests.
• Tl;dr I read Gibbs and Ducky as an established couple of exquisite tenderness since before canon, pretty much an open relationship but with the understanding that they're each other's main man; Tobias becoming a long-term addition during s2-3 was a surprise, and he took a while to get as intimate with both of them, but that paved the way for Leon and Borin to end up joining a few years later. I read Gibbs/Ducky as super dom4dom and Tobias as a bratty sub, which neither of them was expecting but delights them both. Leon feels very warm vanilla to me, like a meat and potatoes kinda guy, while Borin (being basically rule 63 Gibbs) is just as much of a dom and a ridiculous tease as Gibbs is. Gibbs and Borin also like to Bite.
• Gibbs doesn't let anyone see him vulnerable - except for Ducky. Ducky's the only one who knows how to look after him, and possibly the only one who even knows how to spot that he's not feeling well. I'd love to see anything exploring that, from how they manage caretaking in private away from the kids' nosey tendencies, to how the kids start to learn to figure out what's up with Gibbs (and potentially call Ducky on him when he gets hurt or falls ill and is being stubborn about it), to eventually the other husbands learning to figure him out (and learning from Ducky how to look after him/support him, while Gibbs slowly learns to let them in).
• How does Ducky looking after Gibbs differ from Tobias or Leon looking after Gibbs? The snark levels, the levels of honesty/playfulness/actually admitting what's wrong, Gibbs being a much better patient with Ducky than he is with Tobias (and Tobias being pissed off about it), Leon taking a while to earn Gibbs' trust but then proving worthy of it by not taking advantage or poking fun the way, say, Jen would have. Relatedly, the limits to what the other husbands can do to comfort Gibbs - when do they decide their best is good enough, and when is he so fucked up that it's time to call Ducky for advice or a hand?
• I would love some emphasis on how quiet and often nonverbal Gibbs is, while still being extremely expressive - he can communicate a lot to Ducky, especially, without saying much out loud. Eventually the other husbands learn to read him too, or at least learn not to try and make him speak when he doesn't want to. I feel like a lot of happy times among the polycule are just one of the husbands talking while Gibbs happily listens and occasionally expresses opinions with an eyebrow or a touch; equally, there are probably bad times when Gibbs is quiet because he's too overwhelmed, in too much pain or isn't feeling well enough to talk, and Ducky and/or the others have to work around that (or with it) to look after him.
• Generally here for exploration of Gibbs' lasting trauma from his service and his multiple abusive exes (and abusive ex-mentorFuckhands McMike Franks) - he's not used to being treated kindly by romantic partners, so he's clearly a bit cautious and skittish and his trust in a partner is hard-earned. Ducky knows some of this backstory first-hand (stitching him up after Stephanie assaulted him), and has deduced some more of it without being told. How does he tell the others where Gibbs' triggers are and how to avoid them? Do they come across occasional triggers that even Gibbs didn't know (or had forgotten) he had? How the fuck, if it's even possible, could they get Gibbs to talk about any of it?
• Also super here for how similar Gibbs and Ziva are when it comes to both the trauma™ and allowing themselves to show vulnerability/be looked after. Often it feels like Gibbs is the only one who gets Ziva, and can offer/make her/order her to seek comfort when she thinks she doesn't deserve it, because he's been there (and it took years of Ducky patiently offering comfort before he'd truly start to accept it, so he knows what it takes to help). I'd love their stupid, beautiful stoicism either played for comedy or angst - or both, if you love me. Preferably ending in them both offering each other comfort, and accepting comfort from the others (McGee, Tony, Abby, Ducky) who love them.
• Borin note: her dynamic with Gibbs and with Gibbs/Ducky together are both fascinating to me in the light of her basically being Gibbs' younger, rule 63 self. He clearly sees himself in her, but it's not a father-daughter thing like it is with Ziva - it's more a 'why are you me? I'm me' thing, starting out a little comically indignant and then ending up with massive sexual/romantic chemistry of the Recognition Of Self Through The Other variety. She's at an earlier life stage than Gibbs, so she's probably dealing with a lot of the trauma he's already dealt with when younger, and does not yet have a Ducky figure of her own or adopted kids of her own - so Gibbs is in a great position to know when she needs a little looking after, and also in a great position to give her some quiet (sometimes even nonverbal) comfort without tripping her trauma wires or hangups about deserving to be taken care of. He's also in a great position to decide when to pull rank, ie see right through her and call Ducky on her when she needs medical help and won't admit it - and Ducky, of course, has the experience of gradually gaining Gibbs' trust all those years ago, so he's exactly the right person to help Gibbs look after Borin, and exactly the right person to have around if they both need some looking after.

I'm mid-season 3 at this point; I'll probably be mid-season 4 by reveals!
• I love Jack and Teal'c's mutual trust and admiration, right from the very beginning with Jack fiercely defending Teal'c and telling him he'll show him the world. Also love Teal'c immediately sitting by Jack while he recovers from the caveman virus - and then pretty much doing the same whenever Jack is hurt. I'd be down to read the aftermath of any canonical Jack injury or episode where he's had a Bad Time, with Teal'c looking after him.
• Super here for a slow burn romance between them during s1-2, with Teal'c learning how humans work as well as how vulnerable they are, with how often Jack gets hurt. Kind of feeling each other out and realizing what they feel for each other is special, and then getting together once Teal'c accepts that he'll never be romantically reunited with Drey'auc, and that perhaps his understanding of love is evolving along with his understanding of freedom.
• Teal'c looking after Jack in front of the entire SGC, like in Message in a Bottle - making the tender devotion between them both undeniable and an open, much loved but unspoken-of secret on base. How often has Jack been so injured that Teal'c had to carry him home through the Stargate? How has Teal'c learned to look after him in a way that truly helps, especially as Jack seems like the kind of guy who's reluctant to ask for any kind of caretaking? I'd love to see how the rest of the SGC views them when something like this happens, and how they know that everyone knows and feel loved because no one will tell.
• Jack seeking out Teal'c's quarters when he's in need of comfort, even if he himself doesn't quite get why he's on edge or feeling ill/uncomfortable, because Teal'c is a calming presence and understands him without him needing to say much (or say much that makes sense - Jack could probably ramble in half-coherent references and silly jokes without admitting any of what he really wants to say, and Teal'c would understand him anyway, and provide a shoulder to lean on).
• Teal'c being the one Jack turns to when he's hurt in the field, because he doesn't want to worry the others, especially when Sam has to take over from him as leader.
• Sam and Daniel enlisting Teal'c's help to get Jack to look after himself when he's sick or hurt.
• Teal'c researching ways to make humans feel better (because Jack is not being helpful on the matter), asking Sam and Daniel their thoughts, and realizing Sam and Daniel are comically hopeless at this (perhaps even more so than Jack himself). Perhaps he eventually gets better advice from Janet or General Hammond, or even Cassandra.
• Jack being hurt or sick to the point of delirium and asks for Teal'c over and over, refusing/unable to rest until he knows Teal'c is okay.
• Teal'c being very aware that he's physically much stronger than his human teammates, and therefore worried he might hurt Jack if he's not extremely careful and gentle with him; Jack being torn between impatiently wanting to be ravished, and feeling unbearably treasured and loved.
• Here for Teal'c very gently manhandling Jack in general, both for h/c reasons and for sexy reasons. Jack varying from comically indignant to turned on to grateful, depending on whether or not he's hurt and how badly.

(Cars also good, but trains lend themselves to h/c set over longer journeys while I feel like cars are more immediate, especially in the canon time period, which is why I'm pointing out the Trains)
• Johnny showing up injured or sick and collapsing on Henry's doorstep because he doesn't know where else to go; Henry being a disaster but pulling it together to look after Johnny despite being out of his depth and perhaps even afraid (maybe with some help and reassurance from Billie)
• Henry wanting to be gentle with Johnny in bed while Johnny is a bit of a brat and can't or won't handle gentleness (I would love to see him come around to accepting gentleness from Henry, even if Henry has to get stern in order to achieve it)

• I like to read Napoleon/Illya as an established open relationship during all of canon - perhaps beginning as an occasional fuckbuddy thing and then progressing pretty quickly to them realizing they mean more to each other than everyone else, and will look after each other above everyone else, even though they continue to be dtf anyone they like.
• I also read Illya as having subby tendencies and super into the ritual and the headspace of power exchange, while Napoleon is a lot more freewheeling and not into structure - somewhat dom but also a bit of a rope bunny/masochist (loves bossing Illya around and having Illya tie him up in a 'go on, then' sort of way, even when Illya is concerned about possibly hurting him and tsk tsks and told-you-sos him the entire time)
• Very down with both being injured/ill at different points and looking after each other, or at the same time for mutual caretaking, but I'd love for Napoleon to be the main attraction (I adore them both but I don't think Napoleon gets enough love)
• I'd love to read aftermath/caretaking for canon Napoleon injuries, like The Discotheque Affair or The Summit Five Affair for instance
• Napoleon is the more severely injured/ill of the two, but he's more concerned about Illya (who has to shut down Napoleon's attempts to look after him so he can look after Napoleon)
• Napoleon is the more protective of the two, the more likely to downplay any trauma or injury/illness he's going through, and certainly prioritizes looking after Illya over himself, even if he needs it more. I'd love to see Illya being very aware of this and finding ways to look after Napoleon when he needs it, because no one knows Napoleon better than Illya does.
• Caretaking between assignments, or during an assignment where Napoleon had to push through already being ill or injured to get it done, followed by getting fussed over (for Illya's definition of fussing over) in the downtime after. I'd LOVE to see the times when Illya gets protective and makes sure Napoleon doesn't do too much, or gently chastises him when he does push himself too hard and end up feeling worse - just generally convincing Napoleon it's okay to be looked after.
• Illya rescuing Napoleon from captivity and torture, or Napoleon rescuing himself and showing up at Illya's door. • I could write a thesis or several about the constantly expanding Gibbs Husbands Polycule (and have, lol - detailed thoughts here (very h/c and trauma focused) if you're inclined to read some rambling, but it is A LOT so absolutely no pressure). I am super here for exploration of Gibbs' dynamic with any of the husbands - Ducky, Tobias, Leon and/or Borin - but especially based on Gibbs/Ducky as each other's ride or die romance, the foundation on which the entire polycule rests.
• Tl;dr I read Gibbs and Ducky as an established couple of exquisite tenderness since before canon, pretty much an open relationship but with the understanding that they're each other's main man; Tobias becoming a long-term addition during s2-3 was a surprise, and he took a while to get as intimate with both of them, but that paved the way for Leon and Borin to end up joining a few years later. I read Gibbs/Ducky as super dom4dom and Tobias as a bratty sub, which neither of them was expecting but delights them both. Leon feels very warm vanilla to me, like a meat and potatoes kinda guy, while Borin (being basically rule 63 Gibbs) is just as much of a dom and a ridiculous tease as Gibbs is. Gibbs and Borin also like to Bite.
• Gibbs doesn't let anyone see him vulnerable - except for Ducky. Ducky's the only one who knows how to look after him, and possibly the only one who even knows how to spot that he's not feeling well. I'd love to see anything exploring that, from how they manage caretaking in private away from the kids' nosey tendencies, to how the kids start to learn to figure out what's up with Gibbs (and potentially call Ducky on him when he gets hurt or falls ill and is being stubborn about it), to eventually the other husbands learning to figure him out (and learning from Ducky how to look after him/support him, while Gibbs slowly learns to let them in).
• How does Ducky looking after Gibbs differ from Tobias or Leon looking after Gibbs? The snark levels, the levels of honesty/playfulness/actually admitting what's wrong, Gibbs being a much better patient with Ducky than he is with Tobias (and Tobias being pissed off about it), Leon taking a while to earn Gibbs' trust but then proving worthy of it by not taking advantage or poking fun the way, say, Jen would have. Relatedly, the limits to what the other husbands can do to comfort Gibbs - when do they decide their best is good enough, and when is he so fucked up that it's time to call Ducky for advice or a hand?
• I would love some emphasis on how quiet and often nonverbal Gibbs is, while still being extremely expressive - he can communicate a lot to Ducky, especially, without saying much out loud. Eventually the other husbands learn to read him too, or at least learn not to try and make him speak when he doesn't want to. I feel like a lot of happy times among the polycule are just one of the husbands talking while Gibbs happily listens and occasionally expresses opinions with an eyebrow or a touch; equally, there are probably bad times when Gibbs is quiet because he's too overwhelmed, in too much pain or isn't feeling well enough to talk, and Ducky and/or the others have to work around that (or with it) to look after him.
• Generally here for exploration of Gibbs' lasting trauma from his service and his multiple abusive exes (and abusive ex-mentor
• Also super here for how similar Gibbs and Ziva are when it comes to both the trauma™ and allowing themselves to show vulnerability/be looked after. Often it feels like Gibbs is the only one who gets Ziva, and can offer/make her/order her to seek comfort when she thinks she doesn't deserve it, because he's been there (and it took years of Ducky patiently offering comfort before he'd truly start to accept it, so he knows what it takes to help). I'd love their stupid, beautiful stoicism either played for comedy or angst - or both, if you love me. Preferably ending in them both offering each other comfort, and accepting comfort from the others (McGee, Tony, Abby, Ducky) who love them.
• Borin note: her dynamic with Gibbs and with Gibbs/Ducky together are both fascinating to me in the light of her basically being Gibbs' younger, rule 63 self. He clearly sees himself in her, but it's not a father-daughter thing like it is with Ziva - it's more a 'why are you me? I'm me' thing, starting out a little comically indignant and then ending up with massive sexual/romantic chemistry of the Recognition Of Self Through The Other variety. She's at an earlier life stage than Gibbs, so she's probably dealing with a lot of the trauma he's already dealt with when younger, and does not yet have a Ducky figure of her own or adopted kids of her own - so Gibbs is in a great position to know when she needs a little looking after, and also in a great position to give her some quiet (sometimes even nonverbal) comfort without tripping her trauma wires or hangups about deserving to be taken care of. He's also in a great position to decide when to pull rank, ie see right through her and call Ducky on her when she needs medical help and won't admit it - and Ducky, of course, has the experience of gradually gaining Gibbs' trust all those years ago, so he's exactly the right person to help Gibbs look after Borin, and exactly the right person to have around if they both need some looking after.

I'm mid-season 3 at this point; I'll probably be mid-season 4 by reveals!
• I love Jack and Teal'c's mutual trust and admiration, right from the very beginning with Jack fiercely defending Teal'c and telling him he'll show him the world. Also love Teal'c immediately sitting by Jack while he recovers from the caveman virus - and then pretty much doing the same whenever Jack is hurt. I'd be down to read the aftermath of any canonical Jack injury or episode where he's had a Bad Time, with Teal'c looking after him.
• Super here for a slow burn romance between them during s1-2, with Teal'c learning how humans work as well as how vulnerable they are, with how often Jack gets hurt. Kind of feeling each other out and realizing what they feel for each other is special, and then getting together once Teal'c accepts that he'll never be romantically reunited with Drey'auc, and that perhaps his understanding of love is evolving along with his understanding of freedom.
• Teal'c looking after Jack in front of the entire SGC, like in Message in a Bottle - making the tender devotion between them both undeniable and an open, much loved but unspoken-of secret on base. How often has Jack been so injured that Teal'c had to carry him home through the Stargate? How has Teal'c learned to look after him in a way that truly helps, especially as Jack seems like the kind of guy who's reluctant to ask for any kind of caretaking? I'd love to see how the rest of the SGC views them when something like this happens, and how they know that everyone knows and feel loved because no one will tell.
• Jack seeking out Teal'c's quarters when he's in need of comfort, even if he himself doesn't quite get why he's on edge or feeling ill/uncomfortable, because Teal'c is a calming presence and understands him without him needing to say much (or say much that makes sense - Jack could probably ramble in half-coherent references and silly jokes without admitting any of what he really wants to say, and Teal'c would understand him anyway, and provide a shoulder to lean on).
• Teal'c being the one Jack turns to when he's hurt in the field, because he doesn't want to worry the others, especially when Sam has to take over from him as leader.
• Sam and Daniel enlisting Teal'c's help to get Jack to look after himself when he's sick or hurt.
• Teal'c researching ways to make humans feel better (because Jack is not being helpful on the matter), asking Sam and Daniel their thoughts, and realizing Sam and Daniel are comically hopeless at this (perhaps even more so than Jack himself). Perhaps he eventually gets better advice from Janet or General Hammond, or even Cassandra.
• Jack being hurt or sick to the point of delirium and asks for Teal'c over and over, refusing/unable to rest until he knows Teal'c is okay.
• Teal'c being very aware that he's physically much stronger than his human teammates, and therefore worried he might hurt Jack if he's not extremely careful and gentle with him; Jack being torn between impatiently wanting to be ravished, and feeling unbearably treasured and loved.
• Here for Teal'c very gently manhandling Jack in general, both for h/c reasons and for sexy reasons. Jack varying from comically indignant to turned on to grateful, depending on whether or not he's hurt and how badly.

• Trains! I'd love to see some caretaking on trains, whether they're undercover on a fancy one or escaping on a less fancy one, or whatever other Train Premise you desire. (Cars also good, but trains lend themselves to h/c set over longer journeys while I feel like cars are more immediate, especially in the canon time period, which is why I'm pointing out the Trains)
• Johnny showing up injured or sick and collapsing on Henry's doorstep because he doesn't know where else to go; Henry being a disaster but pulling it together to look after Johnny despite being out of his depth and perhaps even afraid (maybe with some help and reassurance from Billie)
• Henry wanting to be gentle with Johnny in bed while Johnny is a bit of a brat and can't or won't handle gentleness (I would love to see him come around to accepting gentleness from Henry, even if Henry has to get stern in order to achieve it)
• Johnny kinda getting off on being injured/in pain until it's very suddenly all too much for him and he's in unfamiliar, disorienting territory of Actually Feeling Bad
• Generally them being super protective of each other and having feelings they can't figure out how to express, until they do
• Characterization note: in tune with canon, I would prefer for the target of any con they pull to be someone who deserves it.
